How it works?
Siup is a small design studio where three designers create every piece from scratch. If you would like to buy our objects you can do it by using our website.
All of the items are designed and made by us. We do not work with any subcontractors – each part of the process is happening in our studio in Warsaw. Vast part of our items are handbuilt, that’s why each one is unique and one-of-a-kind.
Usually we won’t have regular stock, but you can make an order as ‘back order’. Estimated waiting time is 2 weeks.
Please check your spam section, our email with the tracking number sometimes pops there.
For ‘in-stock’ items we are trying to send your orders as soon as we get them, although please note that we are a small, three-person team and sometimes getting your order ready can take a few days. Thank you for your patience!
Do you do custom work?
If you are interested in a custom piece, feel free to contact us so we can discuss the details.
Yes, we do. Please note that packages sent outside the EU may be charged additional because of the customs fees.
What if the package is lost or damage?
If the package is lost or damaged during the shipping we will send you a replacement.
We accept returns of regular priced items within 14 days of receiving an item. You can return unused items in the original packaging, with receipt or proof of purchase at your own expense. We advise to choose delivery with the tracking number, as we can not take responsibility for lost packages.
All of the shipping costs of the return are covered by the customer.
Customs fees for packages from outside the EU will be deducted from the return costs.
After receiving the shipping we will return the cost of your order in 7 days.
We do not accept returns of custom orders.
